FYI – A recent notice posted by the US Department of Transportation Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance dated December 3, 2012, regarding cannabis and drug testing in the employment context for many professions, is very concerning. Basically but not surprisingly, they have zero tolerance for either medical or recreational cannabis users.  You can read the notice here:
