April 27 Cannabis as an alternative to alcohol and pharmaceutical drugs is the theme of a new study from musicologists at the University of Texas-Bakersfield. Prohibition was costly to Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard, and there’s a lot of sweet relief being expressed in this duet.
